Rates:

• Trainings and Evaluations by appointment only
• Driving rates vary depending on vehicle - Sedan (car) vs. SUV/Van or RV/ customized racing vehicles, golf carts, hobby cars, etc
• Most of these services are Private Pay

Driving Evaluations [private pay]

• Evaluation for Cognition or Behabioral patients - $300-$550
• Low Tech equipment: $300-$550
• Mid-High Tech $750-$850
• Complex or Specialized Vehicles - Recreation/ Job Related - $750-$850
• A Physical Therapy Evaluation might be funded by insurance if additional physical assessments need to be made prior to driving.

Per Session - driving with or without adaptive equipment:

• Car - Sedan - $125-$180 per hour
• Van - SUV /Custom vehicles - $125-$180 per hour
• Cognitive or Behavioral Drivers- $125-$180 per hour

Note:

• Evaluations vary in duration depending on complexity of the issues, abilities, and needs. Evals may take as short as 1 hour or as long as 4-5 hours.
• Mileage is additional during driving lessons and to/from locations.
• Note you may also need to take into consideration the cost of adding adaptive equipment to your vehicle(s).
• We will recommend the equipment that you need and which companies might be able to provide the products according to your needs.
• Rates posted here might change without notice
• We will discuss as much we can with you during the phone interview to estimate how much time (and $) you might need to spend with us.
